Organic Food Federation

We recently applied to become a member of the Organic Food Federation — something we had not previously considered. An auditor visited our site to review every aspect of what membership involves and carried out a full assessment. A few minor adjustments were requested within our processes and procedures, which we have now implemented. We are pleased to confirm that we have been approved and will undergo annual audits to ensure continued compliance.

FDA Registration

A client who regularly ships goods to the USA approached us to ask whether we would consider becoming registered with the FDA. As this was new to us, our Directors carried out the necessary research and confirmed that the registration relates to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They completed all required documentation, found the process straightforward, and we are now fully registered as an FDA‑registered facility.

Staff Development

We continue to invest in the growth and development of our team. One of our Warehouse Supervisors has recently completed external training to deepen their understanding of the International Organisation for Standardisation, supporting our ongoing commitment to maintaining ISO 9001 certification. Additionally, a member of our office team is about to begin an AAT qualification through distance learning, further strengthening our internal capability.
