  • establishing a documented quality management system conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015;
  • continually monitoring processes whilst seeking opportunities for improvement to the quality management system;
  • acknowledging that quality objectives can only be fulfilled through the adoption and application of the quality management system;
  • ensuring a commitment to statutory and regulatory requirements and continually reviewing these as appropriate;
  • reviewing the quality manual, policy statement and quality objectives annually at the management review meeting.

Steps have been taken to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained by making the policy available to all relevant interested parties and ensuring all employees have been made aware of the importance of the quality management system through additional training.

This policy is endorsed by the board of directors and supported by its employees.
